Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on your total order value and the speed of service selected. We use various couriers depending on order size or weight.
- Standard Shipping: £1.50 (Applied to orders up to £17.98). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Free Post: No charge (Automatically applied to all orders of £17.99 or over). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: £2.99 (Available for all orders regardless of value). Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
- Northern Ireland: A surcharge of £2.75 will be applied to larger items sent to Northern Ireland. While Northern Ireland is part of the UK, carrier surcharges for bulky items necessitate this additional fee.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers are typically active and searchable within 24 hours of dispatch.
