To ensure your cycle spares arrive safely and cost-effectively, we use a variety of reliable couriers depending on the size, weight, and value of your order. Our primary partners include:
Royal Mail: (typically for smaller items and standard parcels)
Evri: (for standard and medium-sized parcels)
Specialist Couriers: (for oversized or heavy items)
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

- Small Items (Under £15): £1.50 standard shipping applies (same as Mainland UK).
- Small Items: FREE delivery on orders over £15.
- Large/Bulky items (e.g., Tyres): A £2.75 surcharge applies due to carrier costs.
Please note: Express delivery is not available for large/bulky items shipped to Northern Ireland.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers are typically active and searchable within 24 hours of dispatch.
