We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: uninstalled, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Parts that show signs of fitment (such as tool marks on nuts or kinked cables) cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Faults, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong part, contact us immediately. For faulty goods, you have a statutory right to a refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct part is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Your refund will include the cost of standard outbound delivery (if applicable).
